Representative for our Fulfillment Services division…
Job Summary
The Account Representative is responsible for the
day-to-day management of all levels of service to the
client while insuring the satisfaction of assigned
clients.
Essential Functions
Make sure that all commitments to our clients are
met.
Make sure orders, assembly jobs, updates, reports,
and outside purchases are performed as required by
Iron Mountain Fulfillment Services.
Develop and maintain a back-up binder for each
account.
Interface with IT on related projects.
Meet with client’s day-to-day contact a minimum of
once per month.
Solve problems and resolve service issues.
Keep current on information about assigned clients
including key players, new opportunities and company
performance. Assist Account Manager in keeping
Seibel CRM data up-to-date.
Provide routine feedback to Managing Director,
Account Manager, and Operations Manager on
day-to-day service issues.
Develop and maintain an action list of all client
issues and projects.
Schedule assembly jobs, enter orders, confirm
receipts and manage inventory.
Maintain prompt, courteous, professional
communication with clients including telephone,
e-mail and written communications.
Track billable functions, hours, projects and
postage & freight when used by external vendors.
Generate monthly billing back up (where applicable).
Keep proficient in all Iron Mountain Fulfillment
Services technology systems including GTi, GTx, and
Actuate.
Assist and support the Managing Director, Account
Manager, and Operations Manager with other assigned
projects and tasks.
Meet or exceed the service and performance
benchmarks for Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS).
Cross-train and provide support for all other
accounts.
Job Requirements:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent understanding of business and general
accounting functions.
Strong business and English vocabulary; able to
project confidence and expressiveness in both oral
and written communication.
Experience with direct customer contact in a sales
environment.
Must possess good organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
The ideal applicant will have current exp. in a sales
environment with direct customer contact.
