Position Overview/Summary:
The parts operations team leader will be responsible for the development and support of an assigned regional territory. They will participate in the designated regions strategic planning process. Responsibilities will include meeting responsiveness goals for the region on quotations and order management, monthly bookings forecast, on time delivery, as well as bundling multiple service offerings for our clients to include guaranteed service contracts, field service, repairs and technical support. Responsible for work flow within the team, and identifying team training needs.

Position Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
Required:
Bachelors of Arts in Business or related curriculum and, or A.A.S. degree in business or technical field and 12+years experience in a related position.
5+ years experience in one of the following fields: Oil & Gas / Turbomachinary or Rotating Equipment / Heavy Industries / Energy /Aerospace.
Ability to create measurement metrics and create presentations to support regional services growth initiatives.
Travel within assigned sales region 10% of the time.
Prepare formal bids and proposals and review orders independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prepare monthly bookings forecast for assigned territory.

Preferred:
Knowledge of all D-R product lines.
Working knowledge of Oracle OM module.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Employee coaching and development experience.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Participate and manage client negotiations pertaining to price, delivery, non standard terms and conditions, and client specific order requirements
Provide quotations and manage orders to meet regional team financial objectives.
Participate in regional strategic planning sessions to support growth requirements within services organization
Improve tools to aid in the responsiveness of the inside sales team
Manage and coordinate inside sales personnel to support the regional sales team, repair centers and field service operations during normal business hours as well as after hours emergency situations
Responsible for quotation and order review, verification, pricing, delivery, margins and mitigating client complaints for the regional team
Support and guide inside sales analysts as well as coordinate the participation of all internal DR departments to ensure completion of all orders per client requirements
Prepare formal bids and proposals using Oracle O/M module and internal BOM's
