Support Engineer Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide responsive remote and on-site support to our clients
Take responsibility and ownership to the complete satisfaction of the client
Provide troubleshooting of Windows servers, workstations, and various applications (Exchange,

Create and maintain client network and application documentation
Participate in on-call rotation responsibilities.
Maintain a working knowledge of information security products and services.
