Job Summary
Manage overall operation of branch office including all phases of lending, collecting, and direction of staff.
Essential Responsibilities
Must have Consumer finance experience***
Manage office staff
Develop and maintain customer relations
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain office cash with accuracy and security
Achieve account gain through proven loan judgment and effective customer solicitation
Ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations and Company policies
Ensure prompt completion of loan applications
Collections / Minimizing delinquent debt through collection activities both by telephone and field work
Develop and direct branch personnel
Ensure compliance with company record keeping procedures
Ensure reporting of branch figures to Corporate office for accounting purposes
Requirements
Previous finance / collections experience
Previous management experience
Great customer service skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to travel
Pass a criminal background check
Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
Must have acceptable credit
