The Lead Patient Service Representative works to
coordinate work activities and staffing. Is responsible
for training and maintaining of master schedules.
Coordinates processing of professional/ technical fees
generated by department providers. Interviews,
registers, admits, updates, and creates patients’
medical records. Acts as a liaison between patients and
the professional staff by facilitating clerical and
reception responsibilities and assisting in
administrative tasks.

Minimum Qualifications: High school or equivalent. Two
years clerical support experience in a health care
setting including medical insurance and collection
Preferred: Associate’s degree in business administration
or related field. ICD-9 and CPT coding certification.
Medical terminology experience. MS Office Suite (e.g.
Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc…) experience.
