Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For”, is seeking a Sr. Project Architect for the initiation of our Healthcare Studio in Orlando . This role will partner with the Office Studio in our Charlotte and Orlando offices. Our team is currently working on projects ranging from small medical facilities to corporate headquarters/campus designs for major Healthcare organizations.
The individual selected for this opportunity will work primarily on Healthcare projects but will also collaborate and provide assistance with the Interiors Workplace Studio as needed. This individual will work closely with the Studio Principals and design team to develop concept design, design development, and construction documents. The philosophy for this position is that great Architecture is created by continuous involvement and leadership, as such; this role will be involved on projects from their inception to their completion and beyond. A critical aspect of this position is the need for great client relationship management skills.
Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university (Architectural Registration preferred);
- A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience with significant healthcare project experience.
- Proficiency with presentation drawing in Revit is required; additional knowledge/experience or interest in learning Revit (3D modeling) is preferred, as are model building skills.
- A passion for architecture and the built environment is essential.
