Vibra Hospital is seeking a Director of Business Development to join our team. The Director of Business Development is responsible and accountable for referral development and marketing related activities for the hospital. This includes one-to-one referral development and follow-up to develop and maintain effective client relationships. Responsible for documenting referral development activities, development of marketing plans, coordinating special events for specific assigned target markets, providing support with pre-admissions assessments as needed, participating in marketing meetings, assisting with strategic planning, sales management, publication material and acts as public relations representative for the hospital. Functions as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and as a Department Director. Maintains current knowledge and conformance with regulatory requirements for areas of oversight. Completes electronic FSA ( Focus Standards Assessment) annually and completes plans of correction as identified in FSA and implements corrective actions in a timely manner. Participates and adheres to Quality Assessment Performance Improvement Plan ( QAPI).
This is a Full Time salaried exempt position.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, health administration or five years of equivalent work experience in related field.
Minimum of five years direct sales to health care professionals.
Demonstrated knowledge of the health care industry.
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
