To provide support to new account sales and partner development activities to the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Reps. To assist the Regional Manager in initiating and maintaining new opportunities and quality relationships with prospects, customers, and alliances through the delivery of customized, high value, leasing solutions. To seek out opportunities with Winthrop profile companies and partners.

Assist with Winthrop’s penetration of and market share in assigned regional territory while consistently exceeding defined objectives by leading a complex prospecting effort to identify qualified alliance and potential customers.

Identify and qualify new account opportunities in assigned regional territory based on need, authority, and prospect’s credit, through cold calling and other prospecting efforts.

Identify, manage and pursue alliance relationships based upon mutual value to benefit assigned regional territory. Communicate appropriate alliance information to the Region Manager for potential relationship opportunities.

Research technology needs and issues within the marketplace and interface with Region Manager potential opportunities available to enable Sales Reps to penetrate defined areas.


High School

Minimum of three years sales experience in a complimentary industry

Experience selling to mid-level and C-level executives

Self-motivated, creative team-player with demonstrated ability to lead and be coached/mentored

Strong time-management and organizational skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Four-year college degree or equivalent background and training in business, finance, accounting, marketing, sales or other financial related fields.

Knowledge of information technology products
