Provides education and facilitates enrollment of eligible health center patients and service area residents into the new Vermont Health Care Exchange. Involves community outreach, including public events and business presentations.
Coordinates and ensures alignment of the Navigator Program activities/events with company Outreach Enrollment Specialists. Coordinates promotion of program activities and events with the Program Administrator.
Ability to work evenings and weekends is essential. A valid drivers license and dependable transportation is required. Two years’ minimum experience working in a health care setting, social agency or similar organization required. Experience with organizing community/organizational events preferred. Competence in Microsoft products, including Power Point, Word and Excel, computer searches and data entry required. Experience in customer service, education and support
highly preferred. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
This is a grant funded, full time position for one year.
