Serve as a primary support liaison between COS and internal partners and clients; providing application support for all versions of ADP's product offerings. Manage large array of service/product offerings in support of the COS Solution Center's One Stop Shop philosopy. Perform troubleshooting, research and resolution across a wide range of environments. Maintain call/case log information through the ADP CRM system and other ancillary databases as needed. Provide timely feedback to internal functional leaders to improve the client experience.
Provide support and assistance to Payroll Administration teams, ADP clients, Relationship Management, Implementation and Project Services and COS Shared Services groups.
Resolve client application questions or problems in the area of system set up, product functionality and product enhancements in addition to other service issues of varying complexity in the area of payroll and HR.
Must have broad understanding of other services and product offerings in order to facilitate questions and coordinate resolution in the areas of Tax, HWSE, COBRA FSA and TLM. Must have the ability to effectively utilize tools including Enterprise, Payforce, Autopay, Netsecure, iProduct Suite, PEAK, PMF, Siebel, ADPR and Business Objects. Also to understand the clients' systems and processes and their relationship to ADP's products and services to troubleshoot and solve issues.
Provide support through the facilitation of conference calls, webinars and other meetings as required.
Serve as SME for regional roll-outs, changes, compliance issues and global initiatives.
Perform other related duties as needed.
Experience, Skills, Academic:
Ability to provide support for issues related to ADP software and applications.
Ability to efficiently use and support multiple cliet-site products and applications.
Have knowledge of Autolink/Autopay related processes and functionality including pay data entry, DedCalc, PFT, DBALoad, ADP Print, DPA printback, RPDE, and Checkmate.
The ability to analyze conditions and errors as they relate to the client or database platform and provide resolution paths.
Product knowledge including but not limited to Payforce, Enterprise, TLM, Netsecure, and HWSE.
