Number of Positions:
Aeroflex Motion Control Systems
Provide support and assistance to engineers and manufacturing personnel in the design, development and test of products.
Perform RF (S-parameter) tests, thermal, vibration and high power tests on RFfilter products used for both ground and space applications.
Evaluate customer specifications (completeness,accuracy)
Help process engineer to develop the test procedures
Supervise technicians in the lab
Write and complete the final test data reports
Perform testing as required by engineering.
Select, requisition and maintain tools and supplies as needed to perform jobs.
All other tasks required to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction.
Associate Degree of Electrical Engineering or Eqiuvalent
Five (5) years’experience as a RF Test Technician.
Familiar with RF test equipment, such as different kinds of network analyzers, power
Meters, spectrum analyzers, power amplifiers.
Familiar with the calibration procedures.
Knows automatic testing software programs HP-VEE is a plus.
Able to follow written and verbal directions from engineers and supervisory personnel.
Able to work from schematics, sketches, samples and prints.
Able to specify tools and supplies required.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
