Partner with PH&S regional and Community Connect leadership to plan, prepare and conduct Providence Community Connect user group focus meetings, which include but are not limited to issue discussion, lessons learned, system development updates, functionality voting, communication and upgrade planning.
Cultivate a collaborative and effective environment through positive and productive relationships with customers,
Track and monitor performance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) between Community Connect, hospitals, clinics, and vendors. Proactively communicate performance with customer hospitals and providers.
Understand and support PH&S Policies and Procedures in support of EHR utilization (e.g. Change Management, Privacy & Security)
Provide assistance to the PH&S regions as they provision Providence Community Connect.
Participate in pre-sales activities relative to demos to prospective clients, and responding to system functionality questions.
Partner with the implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition back to the post-go live support team, including familiarity with project decisions, content, issues and outstanding optimization requests.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and relative experience
Minimum two years experience with the implementation and roll out of Epic applications
Minimum three years IT account management experience
MInimim six years healthcare experience
Must be able to travel extensively by various modes throughout the region
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Any certifications relating to healthcare software applications, technology infrastructure and or clinical specializations are an advantage
Knowledge of Providence business processes and EHR solution.
