POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing a consistently positive and professional customer service experience in person and on the phone, as a hybrid Service Associate and Customer Associate. Establishes the first impressions of the banking center. Greets customers, handles customers’ initial needs, opens deposit accounts, handles routine paying and receiving functions, identifies other opportunities, and directs customers to the appropriate personnel for further assistance.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year performing new accounts or paying & receiving duties. General knowledge of banking and bank products & services preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to use a personal computer. Ability to apply policies and procedures with deposit account, maintenance, teller transactions, and customer service. Ability to work as a team to meet banking center production goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
