As part of the Business Support team, this role is responsible for supporting the bank administration process.
Manage and execute Bank Documentation (account opening/modification/closure) processes for various GE businesses
Responsible for processing, checking and approving bank account administration requests
Manage Level II (complex and non-standard) requests related to bank account management process (account opening/modifications & closures)
Act as a subject matter expert and liaise between customers, banks, IT and other treasury personnel to answer questions and resolve open issues
Work on and/or support key projects allocated from time to time
Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and ensure effective service delivery to businesses
Work with Product Management team on system development and testing initiatives
Perform digital document library maintenance, data entry and data cleansing procedures
Perform process and procedural reviews to constantly improve team productivity and performance
Create and maintain operating procedures, documents and bank administration training material as needed
Prepare and circulate reports and dashboards reflecting various key performance indicators relevant to the team
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics or related field and at least 2 years business experience, preferably in Customer Support, Banking, Treasury or Finance
Fluency in English and Spanish (Bilingual) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
