JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under the leadership of the Senior Technicians, the Technician is responsible for providing on site end-user support services to Tribal & the Gaming Resorts Casino facilities, by performing first level PC maintenance by troubleshooting and maintaining of various hardware and Data Closet. Provides solutions to operational problems of Computer Hardware & Software, Wired & Wireless Data and Voice Communications to PBX, Router, and Specialized Casino Gaming & Resorts Hospitality Architecture, by utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows & Apple Operating Systems and Software Packages. The employee must adapt to the Casino¿s Customs & Specialized Systems, Equipments, and tools. A+, MCSE Certification is preferred. Associates degree in Computer Science or one year of experience as a Technician in a similar IT environment. Must possess strong work ethic and ability to work as a Team in a fast-paced environment. Must possess knowledge of Microsoft & Apple Operating Systems, Desktop and Notebook Computer Architecture and IT peripherals. Analog, Digital & Wireless Voice Data Telecommunications experience is preferred.
