Our low turnover speaks for itself! Our recruiter doesn't get paid if he hires anyone or not, so integrity is one of the many benefits our drivers receive! Our Owner Operators O/O save on average $.15/gallon on fuel purchased through the fuel program Nussbaum provides. Also, every 200 miles on every load you haul has the cheapest fuel along your route!

We pass on 100% of the savings for fuel onto our owner operators, making your expenses for fuel that much less. We offer an EFS Card for fueling, with no escrow accounts or hidden charges along the way. If you are successful, we are too! Our trailers you pull are all vans, with them being 2006 and newer.

We haul regional loads, and get our drivers home on weekends! We cover primarily the Midwest. We are currently hiring Owner Operators O/O for the first time in over two years! We are experiencing healthy growth and are in need of trucks!

We are paid on a weekly basis, direct deposit. We have consistently, over the years, had a very low turnover as a result of us being honest, hard working people. Requirements for our O/O positions: Candidates must be at least 23 years old, 1 year of tractor/trailer experience required. OTR, Over The Road, experience is helpful.
