The Gardens of Sun City is a beautiful senior living retirement community in Arizona. We have 52 Assisted Living suites, 39 skilled nursing home beds, and accommodations for 23 residents with memory care needs. At this time we are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to join our team!

The Sales Director will be responsible for meeting or exceeding move-in goals and creating and maintaining a positive image of the property with residents, the community, and referral sources. The Sales Director must be knowledgeable of the sales process and show evidence of the ability to run a sales department and hire, train, motivate and manage a sales staff.

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing)

Minimum of two (2) years of previous sales experience required, preferably in the Senior Living industry with significant level of responsibility and accountability for goal achievement

Valid Driver’s License required

Strong communication skills

Ability to sell effectively and to close transactions
