The primary objective of the QC Laboratory Supervisor will be to effectively lead a team of
technicians to ensure all raw material and finished product testing meets or exceeds leadtimes and that any atypical or out of specification results are properly investigated in a safe and properly maintained working environment. Successful candidate must have a good working knowledge of electronic inventory and laboratory data control systems in a pharmaceutical cGMP environment.

Must effectively work with Product and Process Development to ensure new and existing products are developed within approved systems. Must possess the knowledge and skills to develop revise and approve standard operating procedures and testing methods.

The successful candidate must have at minimum a BS degree in Chemistry, Biology or related field or equivalent experience in the field.

The qualified candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills,
analytical aptitudes, interpersonal skills, and be a self-motivated team player.
