The Lift-Sitter Team has responsibility for providing leadership and operational oversight to the ARH Lift-Sitter Team. Employee must be able to successfully complete job specific orientation, competencies, and meet and/or exceed standards as identified in the Criteria Based Performance Appraisal.
The Lift-Sitter Team Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and administration of Lift-Sitter Team services for the hospital. Responsible for the continual assessment of lift-sitter needs to meet hospital-wide patient needs in conjunction/coordination with nursing leadership. Responsible to ensure scheduling, performance evaluations, other personnel actions, and team performance are continuously monitored. Responsible for ensuring all Lift-Sitter Team training is accomplished, and competencies are documented for all team members.
Leadership experience in leading teams
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and experiences in dealing with all levels of personnel.
High school or GED (Mandatory)
3+ years of CNA experience in an acute care setting.
