Provides support to operations with primary objective of optimizing production within assigned area of responsibility.

Collect production information from pumpers and foremen to locate potential production problems/losses.
Provide technical well information using analytical tools and well files to provide solutions to production problems.
Organize personnel, materials and equipment necessary to begin production enhancement project.
Coordinate and supervise project details using equipment, personnel and materials to successfully complete the production enhancement project.
Review project costs and increased production to determine overall success of project.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with Chesapeake's Environmental, Health and Safety Guidelines .

Minimum Requirements:
Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts.
Demonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office applications. Able to learn company specific applications.
Three (3) years of experience in the gas industry. This experience should be primarily at the well level (well tender/pumper).
Basic understanding of artificial lift systems.

Education & Work Experience

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
3 - 5 years of related work experience.

Vocational or technical training
1 - 3 years in supervisory role.
