In the Norton™ Engineering team you will develop products that will fight cybercrime worldwide and protects our customers' data and identities by developing innovative new Norton products and services that quickly detect and eliminate both current and emerging threats.Responsibilities
The individual will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, researching and analyzing global customer issues. Act as a liaison and maintain a close working relationship between Support and Marketing, Sales, IT, CPD, Localisation, legal, regional and Global Product Managers with Development. Work with internal and external stakeholders to get complex issues identified and resolved and/or provide appropriate feedback delivered to its customers.
May work to identify training needs of internal teams and support vendors. Work with GL2 and internal reporting teams to ensure availability of regular reports on support contact details. Leverage multiple data sources to enable development and product management teams to prioritize resolution work. Update processes and procedures to assess and improve quality of products, customer touch points and support. Ensure support has necessary tools and processes to support new business models (including business requirement gathering and authoring)Qualifications
4-6 years of previous experience working in software development, software testing, or software development lifecycle
Prior experience troubleshooting and analyzing complex technical issues
Capable of presenting highly sensitive and complex information to diverse groups of stakeholders
Engineering, Computer Science or similar degree desired but not required
