Position Purpose:
To provide assistance with the management of all operating and project budgets as a part of the overall financial administration of the department.

Skills & Knowledge:
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word Outlook). Familiarity with office equipment. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Minimum Experience:
Prior work experience in an office setting.

Minimum Education:
High School diploma or GED.
