CSI is looking for mobile Crisis Response Workers to join our team. Under the direction of the Team Leader or Program Director, staff in the Crisis department will function in Crisis capacities to connect clients with the appropriate level of care. Immediate triage and access to crisis assessment will be offered when appropriate and connection to appropriate outpatient services will be made following assessment, when indicated and when clinical and financial eligibility are met. Additionally staff will work in a manner that is cooperative and address duties of crisis and intake with equal attention placed in both areas of responsibility. Crisis staff will be expected to work collaboratively, across teams, programs and locations to support agency and programmatic clinical, quality and productivity goals.
? One to two years prior experience working with specific client population to which this position is primarily assigned.
? Prior experience working with the chronic mentally ill population is highly desirable.
? Prior administrative experience working in an office setting is highly desirable.
? Excellent organizational skills are required.
? Basic computer skills are required, i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Worker or related field is required.
? MHRT/CSP certification or provisional certification is required.
