Liberty Mutual is looking for an enthusiastic team member with a background in Property and Casualty Insurance to support our agent appointment process and all related activities. This position is located in Fairfield, OH.

As an Agency Contracting Analyst, you'll assist in technical insurance duties to process agent and agency appointments, agent licensing and to administer agent and agency contracts. Resolves problems of varying scope and complexity on own initiative.

Provide internal & external customer service regarding inquires and providing information

Process daily internal & external requests within published Service Level Agreements for accuracy and timeliness.

Maintains agency file set up and information storage; retrieves and re-files agency files as necessary

Assist in processing renewal list for state department of insurance

Process producer and agency appointments and terminations; ensures that proper paperwork is completed and filed for appointment.

Complete licensing forms for agency and agent & ensures that proper paperwork is completed for licensing & appointment

Establish, maintain, and research electronic files and/or database reflecting agency and agent licensing information using multiple internal, vendor and state insurance department systems.

Ensure accuracy of work and reconciles various problems and discrepancies with full responsibility for resolution

Offer recommendation to enhance system applications, workflow and/or operating procedures

Perform other technical and administrative duties as required to facilitate the efficient operations of the department

High School diploma or GED and 2+ years of related work experience with a minimum of 1 year in insurance with licensing experience or comparable preferred.

Property and Casualty Insurance experience highly preferred.

Working knowledge of advanced licensing procedures and department of insurance, and licensing laws required.

Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications

Strong communication skills (oral & written)

Sound analytical skills and ability to perform detailed work, reviewing applications and state regulations
