I.T. Retail Systems is seeking a part time individual to answer technology related support issues in a timely manner for our I.T. Retail Systems Customer Support Group. The primary responsibility of this individual will be to provide high level technical support, conduct customer follow-ups, and perform I.T. related equipment ship outs for all Kwik Trip/Kwik Star locations.

Work Schedule:
The hours are flexible, up to 29 hours during the weekdays but will generally be scheduled for shifts between 6:00 am to 5:00 pm and alternating weekends 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. We encourage college students to apply.


Successful candidate qualifications include: experience in PC operating systems (XP, Vista, 7), local area networks, general networking, and MS Office applications.

The candidate must be a fast learner with strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to multitask, excellent communication skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.

This position also requires a valid driver license with excellent driving record for traveling in some support situations.

Experience using help desk and inventory control software would be a plus.

Physical qualifications: Reach/twist and kneel/crouch/bend frequently; lift/carry up to 50 pounds occasionally; work in a fast-paced environment.
