In this role you will be: (i) responsible for developing subcontract inquiry packages; developing contractual documents and reviewing with subcontractors to ensure inclusion of all relevant aspects; ensuring that subcontract's terms and PO terms comply with client contract documents; generation of bid response comparison tables and bid analysis; ensuring completeness of bid packages compiled for the approved bidders list; coordination of clarification meetings with bidders; development of bidders short list; provide recommendations to project management; issuance of bid packages; development of definitive contract document; review with successful bidder and preparation of documents for final signature; and (ii) Control & management of variations, including all associated cost forecasting (iii) Supporting the successful negotiation and agreement of contract variations, (iv) all the preparation of all associated internal and external reporting.

The SQS should be able to work on multiple EPC projects concurrently, pre and post award, assist with bids, be knowledgeable in the preparation of Bills of Quantities, Specifications, negotiations with Subcontractor's for account valuation and final measurement, contract compilation and issue (in strict conjunction with legal), assist project management with Owner and Subcontractor work execution, accurate cost reporting and forecasting support, while supporting Management in claims and change control.


Qualified candidates will possess a four year degree and accreditation, in a construction management/engineering field with emphasis in cost management and contract law. In addition, qualified candidates will possess at least 10 years of industry experience, with a preference for international EPC or Oil and Gas experience. This experience will encompass a deep experience in sales and lease contracts; executing contract negotiations and claims; commercial post contract experience; dispute resolution; deep insight in financial field; and broad insight into the relationship between project's execution and its contractual consequences.

Periodic international travel averaging 10% annually for customer and vendor contacts or for site support is required.
