The Director is responsible for developing and building strong relationships with all managers and employees. The Director acts as the primary liaison with departments to identify and facilitate appropriate Human Resources assistance (recruitment, training, compensation and benefits). The Director administers and oversees a comprehensive and effective employee relations program consistent with equitable treatment of all employees and is responsible for performance management and recruitment. The Director will develop talent management strategies, implement plans and programs to identify grow and retain talent and develop and maintain succession planning program. In addition, the Director identifies, communicates and holds staff accountable for performance expectations; monitors/appraises the job results/performance and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment.
10+ years Sr. HR leadership experience in Employee Relations & Recruitment
Strong analytical, project management, organizational & communication skills
In-depth knowledge of Labor Employment Laws, diversity and inclusiveness strategies
MS Office proficiency
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) experience, PeopleSoft preferred
