DESCRIPTION

Opportunity to work with a strong mission based organization by providing efficient and responsive administrative support to the President and CEO at our La Crosse office. Provide efficient and timely communication with all stakeholders. Assists the CEO with activities including calendar management and scheduling meetings, draft, type, and maintain administrative correspondence including editing and proofing; organizing and providing information for board and committee meetings; compile and distribute information for legislative meetings; maintains contract database; prepare and submit license and certification applications regularly; and implement modifications to maintain policy and procedure manual

QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires two or more years of experience in an office setting. Candidate must have computer and applicable software proficiency. Knowledge of office procedures, excellent verbal and written communication skills and must have the ability to work with limited supervision in a frequently fast paced work environment. Candidate must be highly responsible and self-motivated.
