Employees will conduct calling campaigns designed to provide information to prospective students, solicit feedback, build rapport, encourage enrollment and document the history of their calls. Typically, calls will take place mid October through April, 2013 between 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday. Positions are in Admissions Office and located at the Student Support Services Center directly north of the Pit.
Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
