Provide administrative and clerical support to specific Executives of the company.
Must be able to juggle up to three Executives with relative ease.
Prepare and organize confidential information, reports and correspondence.
Interact with, screen and prioritize external callers and visitors.
Review and distribute mail for department, alerting appropriate department members with respect to urgent matters.
Maintain calendar for Executives
Follow-up with department members and other involved Company personnel to ensure compliance with filing dates and deadlines.
Schedule meetings, conference calls, travel, etc.
Provide other support for department as directed.
Interact with members of other departments to effectively communicate requests and questions.
Knowledge and Skills:
Basic knowledge of office practice
Excellent writing, telephone, organizational and communication skills
Interpersonal skills to facilitate interfacing with all levels of management and staff
Adaptability and efficiency are essential, as well as excellent attention to detail
Ability to take initiative, prioritize, exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality
High level proficiency in MS Office suite
Education and Work Experience:
Five years+ experience in related role
Prior experience as executive assistant preferred
