teknetex inc. is currently seeking a Researcher to assist their IT recruiting staff. This is an internal position for Teknetex as an equal opportunity employer. Ideal candidates need to be teachable and detailed oriented with at least 2 years in a professional environment. Job duties and responsibilities would include the following:
Must be able to operate in a professional environment
Understanding of social media
Create and execute Boolean search strings
Utilize job boards and search sites such as DICE, Monster, etc.
Research new and reputable sources for potential IT candidates
Gain an outside understanding of Information Technology
Able to identify key terms from resumes and job descriptions
Has a good understanding of excel
Desirable Soft Skills:
Mathematical and/or analytical in nature
Has solid communication and listening skills
Able to work supportively but has a strong independent work ethic
Highly organized
Able to multitask efficiently
