The Patient Information Assistant
provides accurate, appropriate assistance and information to patients, families and visitors to help ensure all
customers will receive exceptional service.
In addition to the minimum/preferred requirements, the ideal candidate will have e
xcellent customer skills, the ability to deal with the public in stressful situations, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
High School Diploma required.
Previous experience in customer service required.
Knowledge of Star System and Intranet required.
