Immediate Helpdesk Supervisor opening in Rosemead, CA. This is a hands-on Helpdesk opening with one of our enterprise restaurant companies! We are looking for a candidate with at least one year of experience in a leadership role (leadership, training, mentoring, etc.)
- Tier 1/2 helpdesk experience
- Be able to explain and use all typical end-user functions
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Experiences with POS set up/deploy, hardware/software, troubleshooting, cash centers, all valuable.
- Retail/restaurant support experience is a plus
- AS/400 experience is a plus
