Easter Seals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountains is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to provide leadership in setting strategic direction for technology architecture, controls, and implementation, lead project management initiatives, and provide technological architecture recommendations to leadership team members.
The successful candidate will direct and manage the activities of the Information Technology Department to carry out plans and programs providing efficient and effective information processing services that align with the chosen strategic direction. This position provides managerial oversight of system development, maintenance and operations, voice /data network communications, and project support.
Easter Seals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is a private, nonprofit organization serving children and adults with autism and other disabilities, along with disadvantaged families in Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming.
Our mission of creating solutions that change lives is accomplished by providing direct services such as vocational, workforce development and offender reentry programs; autism services, pediatric therapy and early intervention services for young children; adult day care, case management, home care, home health services, hospice, support groups, equipment loan, and information and referral assistance. The organization provides services in communities across our four-state region and maintains Goodwill retail stores and job training sites in Montana, Utah and southern Idaho locations. All of the organization's administrative operations, including accounting, development, information technology services, human resources and payroll, are handled from the regional service center located in Great Falls, MT.
Education and/or training: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer information systems, networking, systems analysis, computer programming or a related field. An equivalent combination of experience and education may be qualifying.
Experience: Seven years of professional experience managing information technology or similar activities including at least three years in a leadership capacity as a manager or supervisor. Supervisory experience must include selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating, coaching, and disciplining employees; planning, organizing and delegating work; and ensuring work is performed within resource constraints, to technical specifications.
HIPAA and PCI-DSS compliance experience is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. Must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas.
Superior time management/organizational skills including appropriate sense of urgency and proactive approach.

Ability to think globally, strategically and creatively.
Proven ability to take a project from inception (idea stage), and organize a plan to deliver the final working solution. Leads and manages all aspects of the project.
