Essential Duties Include the following:
Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent.
Count, sort, or weigh in-coming articles to verify receipt of items on requisitions or invoices.
Distribute stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued and may also move or transport materials or supplies to other departments.
Examine stock to verify conformance to specifications.
Fill orders or issues supplies from stock.
Mark identifying codes, figures, or letter on articles.
On-site Requirement - Must perform duties onsite.
Prepare purchase orders for various departments with approval of department supervisors.
Prepare invoicing information and work closely with corporate accounting in assuring appropriate audit trails are maintained.
Receive, store, and issue equipment, material, supplies, merchandise, or tools.
Requisition articles to fill incoming orders.
Responsible for daily sanitation.
Store articles in bins, on floor, or on the shelves.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Required to complete certification through the Operator Training Program
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of or be capable of learning Ivara and CMMS database software.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Minimum three months related experience and/or training.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
