The Supv - Bus Analysis/Planning is accountable for the report management process of PAP, Freedom Fertility, Specialty Pharmacy and Specialty Distribution Pharma accounts. The report management process includes analyzing Pharma Reports, delivering Data Solutions to the Client and representing the business as the POC for all reporting inquiries and escalations. The Supv - Bus Analysis/Planning is responsible for collaborating with other team members in order to meet the team’s core competencies: on-time delivery and accuracy. Collaboration with other team members will be essential for achieving Key factors for success including the ability to facilitate issue management, troubleshoot problems and effectively communicate with Account Management Team.
Perform as subject matter expert within reporting team through demonstration of firm understanding of applicable reporting platforms, including RxHome, Turning Point, etc. This assist in the troubleshooting we need to do on a daily basis when reports are deemed ‘inaccurate’.
Audit reports, correct data errors and communicate findings with all levels of employees and management, including internal business units and external analysts.

Manage data relationship with inter and intradepartmental contacts to align our teams more efficiently.
Act as mentor and demonstrate active leadership for other team members by providing necessary direction on a daily basis and through active collaboration to achieve common team goals. Actively participate in advisory capacity within team and foster learning environment.

BA/BS required, MS/MA preferred
3 - 4 years of previous experience
Windows/Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
Business Objects a plus
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Ability to work collaboratively with other Departments to resolve complex issues
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet reporting deadlines.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
Process and detail oriented.
