Client Services Representative I - Main Lab Facility - Tempe
Previous experience in client services in a laboratory setting preferred
Provides quality customer service and efficient communications between clients and the laboratory. Communicates with clients regarding test results and specimen requirements by accessing the computer and using printed reference materials. Appropriately documents call activity.
Performs duties related to the phoning, distribution and filing of results including local and remote printing, faxing, mailing, telephoning and retrieval from archives. Documents activity.
Job Summary :
Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English. Knowledge and use of telephone etiquette. Must possess organizational and problem solving skills. Previous experience in a laboratory setting preferred
