Responsibilities:
· Actively manage our community panel and research database
· Support or manage select quantitative research projects within the market research plan
· Work closely with product management and brand management teams to create product surveys, manage recruitment efforts, analyze product placement, and report to internal stakeholders on quantitative findings
· Maximize impact and value of market research for brand management and product development teams
· Identify and help to guide improvements to market research tools and processes
Requirements:
·
BA in Marketing, Communications, or Business
· 1-2 years of experience in analytics, quantitative research, or marketing or communications coordination
· Strong organization skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
· Creative problem solver with strong business acumen
· Exceptional Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
· Strong quantitative skills in building and running reports from multiple systems preferred
