The Sr. HR Generalist will need to have the demonstrated the ability to achieve results in several key HR functions and have a passion to put that experience to work and strive for the opportunity to take on increasing responsibilities.
The Sr. HR Generalist will partner with the HR Manager, Employee Relations Manager and leadership team in translating business strategy into HR actions that drives business results
The Sr HR Generalist responsibilities will require application of broad knowledge of HR and hands-on expertise with demonstrated results in several of the following functions/HR processes:
Development and implement tactics to execute HR strategies that achieve the overall business strategy:
Positive employee relations
Strategic staffing recruitment, and talent management
Performance management
Training and development
Change management and continuous improvement
Effective strategic communications
Organizational effectiveness and organizational development
Compliance issues such as EEO/AAP, FLSA and FMLA
