Previous experience is not necessary to be successful in sales however you must have an out going and friendly personality as well as a professional appearance. Our industry is one of the few industries that can still offer upward mobility into a management position in less than five years. These positions include Inventory Management, Internet Management, Sales Management and Finance Management.
