Working within the L&D team, the role of Learning and Development Relationship Manager is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across our outsourcing business function, to identify training needs and offer tailored solutions. Your ability to understand the business requirements, provide guidance and project manage training through to completion will contribute to the development of our people and ensure the business meets its strategic and financial objectives.
The successful candidate will be possess a combination of hands on L&D experience, coupled with first class communication and rapport building skills, to ensure you provide your clients with outstanding service.

- Ability to lead and project manage tasks from inception to completion to drive and deliver blended learning solutions
- Strong internal consulting skills and highly developed influencing skillsAn understanding of adult learning principlesPrevious facilitation experience and well developed presentation skills to a variety of audiences.
- Experience within the financial services/superannuation sector is preferable and will be highly regarded.
