Position Description

The IT Senior Financial Analyst provides thought leadership in the area of technology financial management, including best practices and facilitating alignment of technology financial planning with business goals. Provide analysis of departmental fluctuations related to budget to actual, current year spend to previous years and changes based on performance metrics. Support the Software Asset Management process to ensure bank properly documents utilization of software assets as well as what the bank is entitled to utilize. Creates and maintains the IT services map and provides support to various departments as they review pending decisions by reviewing current process and comparing the financial impact of potential changes. Maintain the IT capital budget plan and Infrastructure roadmap. Provide administrator-level support for FCB cost accounting tool and IT Finance budget tool and will provide guidance to IT departments on metric creating, tracking and performance improvement goals. Assist the IT Finance manager with budget management and strategic planning activities.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 6 years audit, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience

High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years audit, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience

Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of cost and financial accounting principles, practices and procedures.
Skill in preparing complex management reports on a timely basis.
Proficient in the use of financial and/or statistical software products.
Experience managing Information Technology budgets.

Ability to clearly communicate results of analysis and provide recommendations to business leaders at all levels.
Interest for process improvement and demonstrate innovation.
A team player that will think strategically and effectively when face with difficult challenges.
