Valuation & Advisory Research Analyst – Boston, MA
Generates and compiles all quarterly market statistics for Valuation & Advisory in the
With direction from the Research Director, generates and compiles all quarterly market
statistics and produces related local and national reports for Valuation & Advisory in the
Northeast Region. Analyzes proprietary market data, both historical and future.
Compiles, coordinates and distributes lease and sales comparable information. Assists
with economic forecasting for internal and external clients, including identifying new market
trends. Serves as the local expert on regional and national Research capabilities.
Actively participates in the development, marketing and enhancement of a proprietary database
to internal clients, including oversight of Research data on the C&W website.
Maintains historical archives of building level data and market/submarket statistics.
Responsible for quality control of products and services. Trains and orients staff on
Research products, databases and services.
BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize
efficiently. Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Ability
to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be comfortable communicating with
both internal and external clients. Basic understanding of real estate fundamentals and
3-5 years of research-related experience within the real estate industry is preferred.
