The HR Generalist will work very closely with the senior executive team in a HR business partner function, more project related work, less transactional HR duties.
Who we are looking for
7+ years experience within HR, ideally with experience in building teams
Strong experience in recruitment
Profound understanding of HR regulations and practices
Experience working with executive buiness partners to help facilitate the business
Ability to ensure the company growth
Strong communications and leadership skills
Change management experience
