Strack & Van Til/Ultra Foods is hiring Part-Time Meat Wrappers for our various Illinois locations (Chicago, Wheaton, Hanover Park, Lombard, Plainfield, Joliet, Kankakee, Lansing and Chicago Heights). Job Description: * Wraps merchandise and grinds meat. * Stocks and rotates meat and lunchmeat merchandise in accordance with company guidelines on merchandise presentation, safety, sanitation, and customer service. * Responsible for keeping the meat and case organized, cleaning the glass, emptying cases and trays, relaying customer requests to the meat cutter, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements: * Must be able to lift 60 pounds. * Able to work in backroom coolers and freezers. * Meat wrapping experience is helpful but not necessary. * Weekends, evening and holiday work is required.
