Garner relevant data from a variety of IC information sources. Use collection management tools and applications to optimize collection results and select for suitability for specific purposes. Work closely with analysts to optimize relevancy of provided GEOINT products and services. Perform routine data collection, decode all sources of intelligence and information needs, and translate them into a relational database. Work closely with future GEOINT needs collection managers to develop collection, exploitation, and dissemination strategies which incorporate sensors that satisfy the contributors' future needs.
-7+ years of experience with general collection management
-3+ years of experience with GEOINT collection management or all-source intelligence analysis
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
-Knowledge of collection capabilities, methods, and strategies
-Knowledge of diverse sensor phenomenology and emerging technology
-Knowledge of the missions and functions of NGA and the Production and Source Directorates
-Ability to interpret higher-level guidance, work with senior officials, assess organizational capabilities, and facilitate the development of plans to establish and modify future GEOINT needs holdings
-Ability to use relational databases to query collection management information
-TS/SCI clearance required
-BA or BS degree required
-Experience with Internet and Intranet, including INTELINK, JWICS, and SIPRNet, collection management tools, such as GIMS, and social networks, such as INTELLIPEDIA and WIKI
-Experience with modeling and simulation activities and functions
-Experience with collaboration across NGA, NSG, IC and DoD
-Knowledge of the missions and functions of NGA and the larger NSG
-Ability to adapt to a work environment with variations in ops tempo
-Ability to prioritize taskings
-Possession of excellent organizational, interpersonal, customer briefing, analytical, and critical thinking skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
