Director, Office of Management & Budget/Central Accounting Services Portage County Provide budgetary & financial guidance to the Board of Commissioners, Solid Waste Mgt. District & county depts. Responsible for Central Accounting Services for the Board & District's depts. Acting as the county Appropriations Officer, provides recommendations & coordination for allocating departmental appropriations for expenditures.
Direct coordination of county & district's budget process including direct interaction & training with county elected officials and dept. heads. Oversight & development of financial planning models, budget analysis, computerized management & agency reports & analysis to assist the board in decision-making, monitoring of funds & completing reporting requirements. MBA, MPA, or related field & min.
5 years related work exp. CPA preferred but not reqd. Salary: $65,021-$91,790. Excellent benefits incl.
