To successfully perform this job, an individual must:
Have the proven ability to manage others;
Have a success record in automotive retail sales;
Have full knowledge on proper mounting and dismounting procedures on all types of consumer and light truck tires and wheels;
Have knowledge and experience performing alignments on consumer vehicles;
Have knowledge and experience performing mechanical diagnosis and repairs;
A state inspection license is required (where applicable) as is a valid driver's license;
Have flexibility in their schedule to meet the needs of the business and our customers;
Willingness to work extended hours, if needed;
Ability to stand for long periods of time;
Hand to finger flexibility;
Ability to see, hear and speak;
Ability to lift and carry objects up to sixty (60) pounds;
Ability to crawl, stoop, climb, push, pull and stretch.
