1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or closely related field required. Masters in directly related field preferred.
2. Must have at least eight (8) years recent fulltime track record of contract and grants administration experience including responsibility for contract and grant negotiation and remediation;
3. At least 4 years of related experience in an acute care, critical access, or other healthcare setting required.
4. Must have at least 2 years recent fulltime management responsibility over contract and grants personnel.
5. Able to show solid understanding of Office of Management and Budget (OMB); Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB); and Governmental Accounting Standards Board(GASB) principles and applications.
