Required Qualifications:
*Previous boiler and/or HVAC experience.
*Previous sales experience.
*Technical background.
*Bachelor degree or equivalent (Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering).

Responsibilities, but are not limited to:
*Responsible for the development, organization and performance of all sales activities within the assigned geographical territories. Establish sales plans and strategies to market and promote Miura boilers. Review with Regional Sales Manager/General Manager regarding ways to develop close relationships with targeted consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, utility entities, regulatory organizations, end users and media to maximize opportunities to promote and sell Miura boilers.
*Provide engineer support to the sales team.
*Compile annual sales budget, develop a business plan and sales strategy to ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability.
*Acquire product and technical knowledge on boilers and steam systems on a continuous basis. *Acquire full understanding on product pricing, sales procedures, proposal models and other operation systems.
*Maintain knowledge of competitive products, strategies and pricing.
*Participate and represent Miura at national and local trade shows, industry seminars, regulatory meetings, etc.
*Scope and set up new Miura representatives.
*Maintain good relationships with current Miura represetatives and customers.
